 Scott S. Wakefield, joined the firm in 2008. Previously, Mr. Wakefield served for 10 years as Chief Counsel at State of Arizona’s Residential Utility Consumer Office (RUCO), and for 7 years at the Arizona Corporation Commission in its Securities Division and as a Hearing Officer. He has substantial experience in utility regulatory proceedings involving electric, natural gas, water, sewer and telecommunications matters. |
