Brent J. Oenning,
practices in the areas of business, real
estate, taxation and estate planning. Prior to becoming an attorney
and relocating to the Phoenix area, Brent was a practicing Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Washington.
Brent’s client work includes the formation of entities such as
C-corporations, S-corporations, limited liability companies, limited
liability partnerships, and limited partnerships. His practice
includes but is not limited to the drafting and review of contracts
for the purchase and sale of businesses, buy/sell agreements,
employment agreements, licensing agreements, and numerous other
business agreements. Brent’s real estate experience includes but is
not limited to the drafting and review of purchase/sale agreements,
option agreements, lease agreements, and development agreements. He
also represents borrowers and lenders in the review and drafting of
loan documents for acquisition and refinancing transactions, and
represents clients in real estate title and survey matters. Brent has
experience structuring joint ventures, syndications, and Internal
Revenue Code Section 1031 transactions.
Brent’s experience as an attorney and CPA allows him to advise clients
on business and tax matters, and how to structure transactions to
avoid or minimize income taxes. His CPA experience includes the
preparation of various federal and state tax returns, and the review
and analysis of tax, financial and business matters for small,
mid-size, and large privately held businesses and SEC companies. |
