 Michael D. Curry, a member, joined the firm in 2005. Along with an extensive career practicing real estate, banking and transactional law in private law firms, Mr. Curry has served in the capacity of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for large corporations. His areas of concentration are Real Estate and Commercial Finance, including lease negotiations on retail and industrial leases; Compliance and Regulatory Affairs; Lender Affairs and Relations; Contract Preparation, Negotiation and Administration. Mr. Curry is licensed to practice in Arizona, Washington, and Texas. |
